The Hospitality Industry requires one to possess certain specific skills for them to perform satisfactorily in their job positions. TVET therefore plays an integral role in ensuring that such skills are imparted to individuals.

Trainees from the department can be employed in the Hospitality industry e.g in hotels, catering facilities and tour firms. They can also be employed as Nutritionists in hospitals, health care support organizations among others.
